Our 501c3 comprises The Patient Helpline and the Patient Learning Center. Both are open to all patients anywhere in the US regardless of diagnosis. The Helpline fields inquiries from patients and their allies about where they are getting tripped up in their access to quality healthcare. We help patients and any of their allies, with transportation, paying for treatments, caregiving assistance, finding specialists or legal consultations, getting them access to computers or broadband internet, food and housing insecurity assistance, and much more. Meanwhile, at our Learning Center, we take the lessons we learn at the Helpline and turn them into educational opportunities for others. This is our version of 'teaching patients how to fish', because an empowered patient is more likely to be a successful patient.
