Welcome to Healp. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Healp, Inc. (“Healp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our website at https://www.healp.co, our mobile and web applications, and any related services, features, or tools where these Terms appear (collectively, the “Sites” or “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Sites.

3. Purpose & Scope of Services
Healp is a patient community platform that connects individuals with chronic, rare, and other health conditions. We provide spaces for peer support, educational discussions, and shared experiences. With explicit opt-in consent, Healp may connect you with clinical trials, research opportunities, or Health Partners.
Healp is for educational and community support purposes only. We are not a medical provider, and we do not give professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions.
4. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use Healp. Users between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years old must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the Sites. We may suspend or terminate accounts if age or consent requirements are not met.
5. Account Registration & Security
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must immediately notify us at healp@healp.co if you suspect unauthorized use. Account sharing is prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

7. Community Guidelines & Moderation
Healp maintains Community Standards, which outline expected behavior and prohibited content. We may remove any content that violates these standards or applicable law and may suspend or terminate offending accounts.
8. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of Your Content. By posting, you grant Healp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display Your Content to operate and improve the Services. You are solely responsible for Your Content’s legality and accuracy.
9. Accessibility
We are committed to making Healp accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, and strive to comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
10. Participation in Research & Surveys
If you respond to surveys or participate in research activities, your contributions may be aggregated, anonymized, and used for research or development purposes. Participation is voluntary, and sensitive data is only shared externally with your explicit consent.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100 USD).
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Sites, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in New York, in English.
17. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time, with the latest version posted on the Sites. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
19. Severability & Entire Agreement
